Listen to the silence - so we can find ourself

Busy day - running around to get all finished
Busy mind - brain is full of thoughts solving problems
Noise all over
traffic noise from the streets
music by neighbours
a ringing phone
crying children

silence - silence is needed

Busy day - forget it, take a rest
Busy mind - forget it, sweep away the thoughts
walk away
to the big old green tree
so old, so wise, so calm
sit down
lean your back against the stem
close your eyes and feel the rough of its bark
feel the calmness

silence - silence in your mind your soul

Plitvice jezzara - Plitvice lakes

Plitvica Jezara

Have you ever been at Plitvice lakes , Croatia?

To see these waterfalls, this amazing artist of nature was a dream of me which come true.

I will not write about the facts, the size and geography you will find details all over in the net.

I will write about my expressions and my feelings there and I choose some pictures I take there to share it with you. It was not easy to choose some out of so many photos I take so maybe I bore you because I add a lot.

I was so impressed when I see the first big waterfalls. The mist in the air, so fresh, so cool, the people they are on the tracks looking like ants in front of these big artist of nature.

The lakes are in an amazing green, like emerald. The water is so clear, you can see till the ground.

All is untouched. The fish in so many sizes and sorts are not afraid, if you would, you could touch them by hands. The water birds also are not shy, built the nests near to the paths. And when you walk through the forests a bit away from the big waterfalls you can listen the birds singing, so many voices and in the background the small sound of the water, bubbling so silent. When you have time to sit down you feel so relaxed.

Next to the big waterfalls you only hear the drumming noise of the falling water, so much power and all around there is a veil of mist, so cool and fresh.

All around there is water, coming out of the rocks, floating down in cascades into the clear lakes.

It is only a dream.

Emerald water invites you to swim, big powerful waterfalls roaring and also small soft waterfalls like showers. Fish you can touch by hands, ducks breeding. And all around so much peace.

Impressions of Trogir - Croatia

Trogir is a world heritage side. It is a small old town placed on a small land tongue connected to the coast by a brigde. The next big city is Split. Enjoy the walk through the old narrow streets of Trogir and some places next to this city and the rocky coastline of the Adriatic Sea. I share some pictures I take during our visit there.

Isle Mainau - Lake Constances flower island

This small island is placed in Lake Constance. The island belong to noble family Bernadotte, which are related to the Swedish royal family. The noble family opend the island for public. So many people can enjoy the different seasons. I will share the rose season with you because I am addicted to royal roses and their scent. But the Isle Mainau is worth a visit to all seasons.
